Pierre has diverse experience in various sectors, including public services, telecommunications, software development, manufacturing, healthcare, media, retail, transport, finance, and recruitment. After working with start-ups, he spent seven years as a Country Manager at Microsoft. In 2010, he founded iMovo Limited, focusing on Customer Experience & Service Management through CRM, Business Intelligence, and Workforce Management. Pierre holds a degree in Computer Science from Kingston University and has completed executive development programs at the National University of Singapore and INSEAD.

Nick Xuereb
Group CFO at TOLY Products Ltd
Nick began his career with PwC in 1988 before transitioning to the manufacturing industry in 1999, where he served as Finance Director for Trelleborg for 12 years. Between 2008 and 2013 Nick also served as Chairman of the Gaming regulator, during a period of significant growth in the industry. Notable achievements include playing a crucial role in driving a major restructuring program for Air Malta during his tenure as CFO in 2011. Currently, he serves as Group CFO of Toly Products, a global supplier to the beauty and cosmetics industry. Nick is currently the Deputy President of the Malta Chamber, having been a council member for the past 10 years.
Annabel Pisani
Group Head of Risk & Fraud at Trust Payments Ltd.
Annabel Pisani is the Group Head of Risk at Trust Payments Ltd, a role she has held for 4.5 years from Malta. She oversees risk management, including fraud protection, AML prevention, and process improvements, and assesses risks for new products and services. With over 20 years in banking, Annabel has extensive experience in lending and risk management. She has contributed to various risk mitigation systems and is active in sharing her expertise through forums and webinars. Outside of work, Annabel enjoys travel and event planning.
Antoine Bartolo
Chief Information Officer, at Debono Group
Described as an IT and telecoms industry expert, Antoine Bartolo served as Chief Officer at the Building and Construction Authority from December 2021 to May 2024. He has extensive expertise in managing and executing communication strategies across various leading positions, enhancing operational and strategic frameworks within the technology and construction sectors in Malta. His leadership experience includes a notable tenure as CEO of Megabyte Limited Malta from May 2018 to May 2021 and CEO/COO at Forbesfone from February 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in his career, he held roles as COO at Forbesfone and Director of Technical Operations at ASPIDER Solutions.
Steffan Galea
Head of Digital Solutions & Strategy at MaltaPost p.l.c
Steffan brings over 20 years of expertise in people management, systems management, and business operations. Before his current position, he held a senior role in Technology and Processes at a leading local car dealership, where he was responsible for establishing the Group’s IT function and optimising its processes. His technical career began at Vodafone, where he initially managed wireless infrastructure and later took on leadership roles overseeing the Network Operations Center (NOC), Project Management Office (PMO), and strategic initiatives. Throughout his career, Steffan has led several major business projects and transformations. These include the migration to a fully hosted IT environment, the automation of payment and logistics processes, the launch of a corporate website, the digitisation of vehicle maintenance booking and job tracking systems, the rollout of wireless technology, and the oversight of multi-million dollar technology strategies and budgets.

With a strong academic foundation from his Master’s in Computer Information Systems and five years of industry experience at iMovo, Matthew is instrumental in designing forward-thinking software architectures.
